BLVCKWAVE SERUM - 001 ARPS
The BLVCKWAVE SERUM “ARPS” library is one of our *very rare* small sized & low priced libraries in the BLVCKWAVE SOUND multiverse. Here at BLVCKWAVE, we are of the mindset that an "ARP" preset shouldn't be a single major or minor chord wildly arpeggiating sloppy notes chromatically that result in an "unplayable" & "out of key" instrument preset patch; Or even worse, an ARP PRESET that sounds cool; but might as well just be a .wav sample or a loop at that point.
SERUM is, and should be, a PLAYABLE SYNTH (in our humble opinion); and most ARP PRESETS just don't fit that idea. TO better utilize a true "ARP" feature; we believe you are much better off using an "ARP" *midi controlled* plugin on ANY sound you like; and simply turn THAT SOUND into an ARPEGGIATOR rather than spending too much time sound designing true "ARP PRESETS" because in reality; ANY good sound can become a good ARP.
Therefore, we captured a small handful of presets that we think make the perfect "starter' ARP PRESETS. These sounds can be played as simple instruments that actually make sense. No large folder of unplayable "out of key" chopped up chromatic "sampler" preset patches here. You're welcome.
